调强适形放疗联合TPF方案化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效

摘要
目的:观察调强适形放射治疗(放疗)联合TPF方案化学治疗(化疗)治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效及安全性。方法:将90例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规放化疗方案治疗,观察组采用调强适形放疗联合TPF方案治疗,治疗期间观察放化疗毒副反应,放化疗结束后6个月评价其疗效。结果:所有病例如期完成治疗,治疗6个月观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=1.8141,P<0.05)。两组患者两组患者均出现不同程度的不良反应,主要表现为口腔炎、恶心、呕吐、骨髓抑制等,不良反应较重者给予对症处理后均可耐受并完成治疗。两组不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调强适形放射联合TPF方案化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌患者的近期疗效优于常规的放化疗。
Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with TPF regimen in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:90 cases of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group using conventional chemotherapy treatment,observation group were treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with TPF regimen in the treatment,during treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy toxicity,and evaluate the efficacy of 3 months after the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results:All patients had finished the course of treatment,treatment for 6 months,total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=1.8141,P<0.05).Two groups of patients of two groups of patients had different degrees of adverse reactions,mainly for stomatitis,nausea,vomiting,bone marrow suppression,adverse reactions were severe symptomatic treatment can be tolerated and completed treatment.Comparison of adverse reactions of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with TPF regimen in the treatment of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma curative effect is better than the conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
