摘要
冲击能量是凿岩机最重要的性能指标。近年来在国内外已广泛采用应力波法测定凿岩机的冲击能量,本文介绍了应力波法液压凿岩机测试系统,应用该系统测试了DZYG38B液压凿岩机,对实验结果进行了分析,提出了该液压凿岩机配套液压钻车上使用的建议。
the impact energy is the most important performance indicator. In recent years, the stress wave method has seen extensive applications in testing the impact energy of the rock drills home and abroad. The paper concerns the hydraulic rock drill testing system of the stress wave method. After the hydraulic rock drill DZYG38B was tested with this testing system, test results were parsed and suggestions on the fitment of the hydraulic rock drill on the corresponding hydraulic rock drilling jumbos were put forward.
