摘要
以月桂酸、二丁基氧化锡为起始原料,无溶剂反应,生成二月桂酸二丁基锡,通过红外光谱(IR)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)确定化合物结构及锡含量。二月桂酸二丁基锡对AC-1017树脂有明显催干作用,随着用量的增加,表干时间越来越短,硬度均为F。
Dibutyltin dilaurate was obtained from lauric acid and dibutyltin oxide with solventness reaction. The structure and tin content of the compounds were determined by IR and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES). Dibutyltin dilaurate has obvious drying effect on AC-1017 resin. In the increasing content of drier,the surface drying time is getting shorter and shorter,and the hardness results are all F.
