摘要
随着移动互联网的发展,移动流量的迅速增加,移动核心网的承载能力面临前所未有的挑战。同时,移动核心网中使用大量的专用硬件网络设备这些设备软硬件高度耦合,设备之间硬件资源不能共享,资源利用率低下,并且网络运营成本居高不下,也阻碍了网络服务的创新。近几年提出的网络功能虚拟化和软件定义网络技术为解决上述问题提供了技术思路。本文首先回顾了移动核心网的发展历程并介绍了LTE核心网网元功能,介绍了软件定义网络和网络功能虚拟化的基本概念和优势,分析了软件定义网络和功能虚拟化技术相结合解决移动核心网问题的发展趋势,同时分析了移动核心网的演进和发展以及面临的挑战。然后综述了当前基于网络功能虚拟化和软件定义网络的移动核心网架构的相关研究,大体分为基于软件定义网络和软件功能虚拟化的重新设计和兼容现网设计两大类,按照研究方法又可以分为利用Open Flow协议,利用重构思想,引入新实体和层次结构设计四类。分析了六个开放性的问题,包括架构问题,协议问题,资源管理问题,安全性问题和兼容性问题。最后指出了移动核心网架构的未来研究的三个方向,即基于网络功能虚拟化和软件定义网络的移动核心网一定要考虑与现网的兼容性问题,功能布局算法问题,层级式控制器架构问题。
        With the development of mobile Internet,mobile traffic increases rapidly,the bearing capacity of the mobile core network is facing unprecedented challenges. At the same time,the mobile core network used in a large number of dedicated hardware highly coupled hardware and software,network equipment,the equipment hardware resources cannot be Shared between equipment,low resource utilization,and network operation cost is high,also hindered the innovation of network services. In recent years,puts forward the function of network virtualization and software defined network technology offers a technical way to solve the above problem. This paper first reviews the development of mobile core network and introduces the function of LTE core wang yuan,introduced the software defined the basic concept of network and the function of network virtualization and advantage,analyzing the function of software defined network and virtualization technology combining the development trend of mobile core network solution,at the same time analyzed the evolution and development of mobile core network and the challenge. And then summarizes the current based on the function of network virtualization and software defined network of mobile core network architecture of related research,based on software definition can be divided into network and software function of virtualization to redesign and compatible with the web design two kinds big,according to the research methods and can be divided into use Open Flow agreement,use refactoring of ideas,the introduction of a new entity and hierarchy design four types. Six open problems are analyzed,including architecture,protocol,resource management,security and compatibility problems. Finally pointed out the mobile core network architecture of the future research direction of the three,namely based on the function of network virtualization and software defined network of mobile core network must consider compatibility issues with current net,function layout algorithm,hierarchical controller architecture.
