摘要
介绍了以不同氟化物为原料、通过不同合成途径制备六氟丁二烯的原理和工艺条件,总结展望了六氟丁二烯的应用前景。六氟丁二烯是一种环保、性能优异的氟碳化合物气体,其温室效应可以忽略不计。制备六氟丁二烯的工艺现在大多采用的脱卤反应,但可以工业化的合成方法却非常的少,改进脱卤反应,发现一种新的反应,找到更加经济的合成方法将是未来研究的一个重点。六氟丁二烯作为刻蚀气体,可以代替传统含氟刻蚀气成为下一代理想的干法刻蚀气之一,在含氟染料、含氟聚合物、含氟润滑油、含氟橡胶等领域也有潜在应用前景。
        The preparation principle and process conditions of hexafluorobutadiene through various synthetic routes using various fluorides as raw materials were introduced. At the same time, the application of hexafluorobutadiene was summarized.Hexafluorobutadiene is a kind of fluorocarbon gas with excellent environmental protection and excellent performance, and its greenhouse effect is negligible. The process of hexafluorobutadiene preparation mostly used dehalogenation reaction now, but the synthetic method of industrialization is very little, so to improve the dehalogenation reaction or to find a new reaction, and to find a more economical synthesis method will be the focus of future research. Hexafluorobutadiene as etching gas, can replace traditional fluorine etching gas, to become one of the next generation ideal dry etching gas, has potential application prospect in fluorine dyes,fluoropolymer, fluorine-containing lubricants, fluorinated rubber and other fields.
