摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对炮孔底部水间隔装药结构与正常装药结构做了对比数值模拟分析。结果表明:台阶炮孔底部的水垫层使得炮孔中的炸药爆炸时能量分布更加均匀,延长了应力波在岩体中的作用时间,更有利于破碎台阶的岩体。通过在现场进行具体应用实践,取得了良好的爆破效果,对进一步研究含水炮孔水压爆破和现场应用推广具有一定借鉴意义。
A comparative numerical simulation analysis was conducted via the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA on the charge structure between gun hole at the bottom of the water space and the normal blasting structure.The results showed that the water cushion at the bottom of the step blast holes makes explosive energy in blast holes a more even distribution,which lengthens the action of the stress wave in rock mass,and benefits to break the bench rocks.The specific application of the research finding above makes a good blasting effect and thus brings a reference for further study of the water pressure blasting theory and field applications.
