低氮燃烧器优化研究

摘要
大唐长春第二热电有限责任公司对一期1号机组进行低氮燃烧器改造。燃烧器投产运行后存在燃烧不稳定、不充分情况,导致飞灰含渣量、炉渣含碳量偏高,一次风速偏高。火焰中心上移导致水冷壁超温、再热蒸汽温度偏高,促使减温水投入量达到最大值,严重影响了锅炉安全经济运行。通过分析机组主要参数,制定调整燃烧器喷口下倾角、接引三次风管道、降低一次风速等优化方法,解决了再热蒸汽温度偏高,一次风速过高,飞灰、大渣含碳量高等问题。
        Datang Changchun Second Thermal Power co.,Ltd. transforms #1 unit. It has been modified low NOxburner. The project completion after two months running from October amd after combustion condition is not stable and combustion is not full. It leads to fly slag. Slag containing carbon and primary air speed are on the high side. Flame center up leads to water wall temperature which goes up and reheat steam temperature on the high side which contributed to such problems as the inputs to maximize reduce warm water,seriously affects the safe and economic operation of the boiler. The analysis of through #1,the unit for more than a month of main parameters on the performance set to burner nozzle is moved down. Method of getting through gets three times. The wind pipe to primary air speed solves the reheat steam temperature on the high side,primary air speed too fast,fly ash and slag containing carbon.
