摘要
用单轴抗压强度试验与单轴蠕变试验对3种含硫尾矿砂充填材料进行了测试。结果表明,以尾矿砂、粉煤灰、水泥为主要原料,按照设计配比制备的膏体充填材料满足采空区回填工作与力学性能要求;3种含硫量试件的单轴抗压强度均随养护龄期的增大而增大,但后期增幅均有所减小;含硫量为10%时的试件单轴抗压强度值最大,含硫量为25%时最小;载荷不变时试件的轴向应变随加载时间的增长几乎不变,载荷增加时轴向应变均有突变,曲线呈非线性台阶状,具有典型的非线性特征。
        Three kinds of sulfur contained tailings sand filling materials were tested by uniaxial compressive strength test and uniaxial creep test.The results showed that, the paste filling material made of tailings, fly ash and cement can meet the requirements of backfill and mechanical properties of the mined out area according to the design ratio; the uniaxial compressive strength of three kinds of sulfur content samples increased with the increase of curing age, but later increasement significantly decreased; the uniaxial compressive strength is the largest when the sulfur content is 10%, and the strength is the smallest when the sulfur content is 25%; the axial strain of the sample almost keeps the same with the increase of the loading time when the load is constant,when the load increases, the axial strain has a sudden change, and the curve has a nonlinear step shape.
