降黏胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果

摘要
目的探讨降黏胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法将2017年6月—2018年6月在该院神经内科治疗的96例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规内科药物治疗,在此基础上观察组使用降黏胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、脑血流动力学变化、神经功能缺损改善情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.87,P<0.05);观察组治疗后平均血流速度、平均血流量明显高于对照组,而全血黏度、外周阻力、动态阻力明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.032,4.313,3.708,3.843,3.987,P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.768,P<0.05)。结论降黏胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果显著,能有效降低血液粘稠度,改善脑血流动力学,提升脑组织的供血供氧,加快受损脑组织修复和再生,促进神经缺损症状的消退,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiangnian Capsule on ischemic stroke. Methods 96 patients with ischemic stroke who were treated with neurology in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional medical medicine. On this basis, the observation group used hypoplastic capsules treatment, comparing the clinical efficacy, cerebral hemodynamic changes, neurological deficit improvement in the two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.08%,the different was statistically significant(χ~2=9.87, P<0.05). The average blood flow velocity and mean blood flow of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, while the whole blood viscosity was higher. The peripheral resistance and dynamic resistance were significantly lower than those of the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=4.032, 4.313, 3.708, 3.843,3.987, P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=4.768, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Jiangnian Capsule on ischemic stroke is significant, which can effectively reduce blood viscosity, improve cerebral hemodynamics, improve blood supply and supply of brain tissue, accelerate the repair and regeneration of damaged brain tissue, and promote the symptoms of nerve decline, which has a positive clinical significance.
