《实验动物学基本实验技术》选修课的设计与探讨

摘要
实验动物和动物实验是生命科学领域内必不可少的研究手段和基础条件,实验动物学作为众多高校研究生的基础课程,却很少在本科阶段开设。随着国家创新型人才培养的需要,申报大学生创新创业训练计划项目和进入科研实验室参与教师科研课题的本科生越来越多,为本科生开设实验动物学相关课程显得尤为重要。文章阐述了为生物医学工程专业本科生开设《实验动物学基本实验技术》选修课的必要性和可行性,并对课程的具体内容和考核方式进行探讨。
The experimental animals and animal experiments areindispensable research techniques and basic conditions in life science research. Experimental zoology is a basic course for many postgraduate students, but it is rarely opened at the undergraduate level. With the needs of cultivating innovative talent in the country, more and more undergraduate students apply for undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and enter research laboratories to participate in teachers' research projects. It is especially important to provide experimental zoology related courses for undergraduates. The article expounds the necessity and feasibility of setting up the basic experimental technology elective course for experimental zoology for undergraduates majoring in biomedical engineering, and discusses the specific content and assessment methods of the course.
