摘要
目的:研究连钱草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱、HPLC分离技术分离纯化连钱草乙酸乙酯部位化学成分,根据化合物的理化性质以及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从连钱草乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定出15个化合物,分别为:迷迭香酸(1)、迷迭香酸甲酯(2)、丹酚酸A(3)、caffeoylglycolic acid(4)、trichocarpin(5)、isorinic acid(6)、3,4-二咖啡酰基奎尼酸甲酯(7)、(E)-3-((2S,3R)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-((E)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acryloyloxy)-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)acrylic acid(8)、eucommin(9)、柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、shimobashiraside C(12)、2-[3-hydroxy-4-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)phenyl]-1-(methoxycarbonyl)ethyl(E)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate(13)、latifolicinin D(14)、原儿茶酸(15)。结论:其中,化合物3~10、12~14均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
ObJective:To study the chemical constituents from Herba Glechomae.Methods:The columnl chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds of ethyl acetate extract of Herba Glechomae.The chemical structures were identified on basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data.Results:15 compounds were isolated identified as rosmarinic acid(1),methyl rosmarinate(2),salvianolic acid A(3),caffeoylglycolic acid(4),trichocarpin(5),isorinic acid(6),methyl 3,4-dicaffeoylquinate(7),(E)-3-((2S,3R)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-((E)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acryloyloxy)-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)acrylic acid(8),eucommin(9),chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),shimobashiraside C(12),2-[3-hydroxy-4-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)phenyl]-1-(methoxycarbonyl)ethyl(E)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate(13),latifolicinin D(14)and protocatechuic acid(15).Conclusion:Compounds 3~10,12~14 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
