摘要
考察了不同类型的面漆在航天飞行器产品的烧蚀防热涂层表面的适用性。环氧硝基磁漆和过氯乙烯树脂涂层长期贮存会产生龟裂,故不适用。硅橡胶防静电漆与烧蚀防热涂层的结合力较好,长期贮存质量稳定。介绍了对烧蚀防热涂层表面补涂面漆的工艺。
The applicability of different topcoats on the surface of ablation and heat-resistant coating used for space vehicle was studied. The epoxy enamel paint and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin coating are not applicable due to the crack formation after long-term storage. An antistatic silicone rubber coating has good adhesion to the ablation and heat-resistant coating and stable quality in long-term storage. The process for repainting the topcoat on ablation and heat-resistant coating was introduced.
