综合护理模式在高血压性心脏病患者中的临床应用研究

摘要
目的探讨综合护理模式在高血压性心脏病患者中的应用效果。方法以我院收治的94例高血压性心脏病患者作为观察对象,使用单双号编号法进行分组。常规组47例患者应用常规护理,综合组47例患者应用综合护理模式,对比2组血压水平、生活质量评分、满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果综合组患者护理后的收缩压、舒张压分别为(131.24±3.61)mm Hg、(80.62±3.51)mm Hg,相比常规组的(140.35±3.77)mm Hg、(86.24±4.52)mm Hg明显更低(P<0.05);综合组患者护理后的生活质量评分、满意度评分分别为(82.66±4.35)分、(89.65±4.87)分,相比常规组的(76.42±3.99)分、(76.35±3.77)分明显更高(P<0.05);综合组患者并发症发生率为4.26%,低于常规组的23.40%(P<0.05)。结论对高血压性心脏病患者实施综合护理具有显著效果,可降低血压,提高生活质量及满意度,减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in nursing care of patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods 94 cases of hypertensive heart disease treated in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.94 patients were divided into groups by single and double numbering.In the routine group,47 patients were treated with routine nursing mode,and 47 patients with comprehensive nursing model were used to compare the blood pressure level,quality of life score,satisfaction score and the incidence of complications in two groups of hypertensive heart disease.Results The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the patients in the comprehensive group were(131.24 ± 3.61)mm Hg and(80.62±3.51)mm Hg respectively,compared with the conventional group(140.35±3.77)mm Hg and(86.24±4.52)mm Hg],P<0.05.The quality of life scores and satisfaction scores of the patients in the comprehensive group were(82.66±4.35)and(89.65)respectively(89.65).The score of + 4.87)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group [(76.42±3.99)and(76.35±3.77)],P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was 4.26%,significantly lower than that in the conventional group(23.40%),and P<0.05. Conclusion It is worthy of application to implement comprehensive nursing mode for patients with hypertensive heart disease.
