摘要
目的研究在急性缺血性脑卒中患者急救过程中应用微信平台优化急救流程的效果。方法连续入组2016年11月至2018年6月在上海市第五人民医院接受静脉溶栓治疗的98例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,其中在院前急救过程中通过微信实时与卒中中心联系的患者为120急救+微信组(n=16),仅通过120急救的患者为单纯120急救组(n=13),自行到达医院的为自行就诊组(n=69),观察3组患者的急救效果。结果比较3组患者前往医院时间、到达医院至确诊时间、确诊至专科治疗时间,120急救+微信组均显著短于单纯120急救组和自行就诊组(P<0.05);120急救+微信组和单纯120急救组发病3个月预后良好比率显著高于自行就诊组(P<0.05);此外,120急救+微信组院前急救现场处置时间显著低于单纯120急救组,并呈逐月下降趋势。结论在急性脑卒中患者急救过程中借助微信平台对急救流程进行优化,可以为患者争取更多有效治疗时间,让急救更高效。
Objective To explore the effect of applying WeChat platform to the implementation of wise information technology of 120 in the emergency treatment process of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods We continuously enrolled 45 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received intravenous thrombolytic therapy in our hospital between Nov.,2016 to Jun.,2018,including 120+WeChat group(n=16),120 group(n=13),and control group(n=16)who went to hospital by themselves.Information of patients in 120+ WeChat group was transformed to stroke center by WeChat in real time in the process of pre-hospital medical aid.The outcomes of three groups were observed.Results The time of different periods of 120+WeChat group were significantly shorter than those in 120 group and control group(P<0.05),and the 120+WeChat group and 120 group had a better prognosis than the control group(P<0.05).The time of emergency treatment in 120+WeChat group was shorter than that of 120 group,in addition,the time of emergency treatment was decreased month by month. Conclusions In the process of emergency treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,the use of WeChat platform to wise information technology of 120 can help patients to get more treatment time and improve the outcome.
