摘要
以某体育馆钢结构网架施工为研究背景,进行了大跨度空间网架拆撑施工过程力学分析研究。该体育馆网架采用整体提升法进行安装,设置了9个提升架作为整体提升过程中主要的承力结构。在初步拆撑过程中,提出将网架与提升架整体协同构建力学模型,采用有限元法和迭代技巧,分析了从千斤顶悬吊网架改进为提升架支承网架的两种施工方案在温度变化下的结构应力状态。通过对拆撑两个方案的计算结果分析和比较,评估了提升架支承施工方案替代悬吊方案的合理性和经济性,减少了设备占用与费用支出。并对网架提升和拆撑过程中部分杆件应力进行了实时监测,所得的实测值与计算值较为吻合,同时给出了网架拆撑施工技术的工艺指导。
        Based on the construction of the truss structure of a gymnasium,the mechanics analysis of the long-span spatial truss structure in process of support removal was conducted. The truss structure of the gymnasium was installed by the integral lifting method. 9 temporary supports were set up as the main load-bearing structures in the whole lifting process. In the early stage process,a whole mechanical model was established by considering the truss structure and 9 temporary supports as the coordination work. Then,the finite element method and iteration strategy were used to analyze the stress states of the whole structure subjected to the temperature change in two schemes of supporting the truss with 9 temporary supports and suspension hanging with 9 jacks. Through the analysis and comparison of the computed results of two schemes,the supporting construction scheme was chosen instead of the suspension scheme,because the former was more reasonable and economic. Thus,the construction expense of the gymnasium was reduced. On the other hand,the real time monitoring of the stress states of the truss structure in the process of lifting and support removal was carried out. The measured values of the stresses in some members of the truss structure were obtained,which were in agreement with the computed values. In addition,the technical guidance of the support removal construction of the truss structure was given.
