摘要
塔河油田奥陶系碳酸盐岩油藏埋藏深、地层压力大、温度高,部分区块原油密度大,粘度高;储层发育有孔隙、裂缝和溶洞,非均质性较强,部分井在钻井过程中出现放空和漏失后可以直接测试完井,钻遇未漏失井则需进行储层改造。本文结合塔河油田深井稠油油藏特征和流体性质,探索出了漏失井压井工艺、防凝管替液诱喷工艺、掺稀生产配套工艺和酸压完井试油工艺,逐步形成了具有塔河特色的超深稠油井高效完井试油技术
        The Ordovician carbonate reservoir in Tahe oilfield has deep burial, high formation pressure and temperature, crude oil in its some blocks has high density and viscosity; reservoir development includes pore, fracture and cavity, reservoir heterogeneity is stronger; direct test after completion may be carried out if blowing off the dropout phenomenon appears in the drilling process, or else reservoir renovation need be carried out. In this paper, combined with characteristics of deep well of heavy oil reservoir in Tahe oil field and fluid properties, the absorption well killing process, induced flow process, diluting process and acid fracturing completion testing process were explored, at last efficient completion test technology for ultra-deep heavy oil wells in Tahe oilfield was formed.
