摘要
常州机电职业技术学院顶层设计机电一体化技术专业人才培养方案,通过确定岗位群及培养目标、专业课程体系,实施分层教学。机电一体化技术专业分层教学的实施包括平台课程的实施和专业方向课程的实施两个方面。尤其在专业方向课程的实施方面,学生结合第一学年的学习情况、自身的兴趣爱好、职业倾向等自愿选择专业方向,根据教学类型编排座位;教师要编写满足学生个性化学习需要的教材,以学生为本组织教学,以尊重和满足学生的差异,激发学生的自信心。
        Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology has designed a talent training program for mechatronic technology specialty and has implemented the stratified teaching by determining the post group, training objectives and professional curriculum system. The implementation of the stratified teaching includes such two aspects as the implementation of platform course and the implementation of professional direction course. Especially in the implementation of professional orientation curriculum, students can choose professional orientation voluntarily according to their first academic year's learning situation, their hobbies and professional orientation, and arrange seats according to teaching types, and teachers should compile textbooks to meet students' individualized learning needs and organized the student-based teaching so as to respect and satisfy students' differences in learning and stimulate their self-confidence.
