L-DOPA联合多媒体训练治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视的疗效观察

摘要
目的探索左旋多巴(L-DOPA)联合多媒体训练系统治疗不同年龄段儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床疗效。方法选取医院治疗的儿童屈光不正性弱视患儿82例(146只眼),随机分为对照组和联合组各41例,均给予多媒体视觉训练治疗,联合组在此基础上加服L-DOPA,观察治疗后6个月两组的临床疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05);联合组各年龄段治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),其中以6~8岁年龄段治疗总有效率最高;联合组轻、中和重度患眼的治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组均是随弱视程度的增加,治疗总有效率逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论L-DOPA联合多媒体训练系统治疗不同年龄段儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床疗效,优于单纯多媒体视觉训练治疗法,并且对6~8岁年龄段及轻度患儿的治疗效果更好。
Objective To explore the effects of levodopa(L-DOPA) combined with multimedia training in the treatment of ametropia amblyopia in children. Methods A total of 82 children(146 eyes) with ametropic amblyopia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a combination group(n=41, respectively). The two groups were treated with multimedia visual training and the combination group was additionally treated with L-DOPA. Six months later, the effects in the two groups were observed. Results The overall response rate(ORR) in the combination group was 95.12%, which was higher than the78.05% in the control group(P < 0.05); the ORR in every sub-group of the combination group was higher than that in the control group and the ORR for 6-8 years was the highest; the ORR of mildly, moderately and severely affected eyes in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). In the two groups, the higher the degree of amblyopia was, the lower the ORR would be(P < 0.05). Conclusion L-DOPA combined with media training system has better effects than simple multimedia visual training therapy in the treatment of ametropia amblyopia in children of different ages and has the best effects for 6-8 year-old children and those with mildly affected eyes.
