摘要
为探讨玉米肽对乙醇氧化损伤模型小鼠的抗氧化作用,将实验动物依据其体重随机分为5组:正常对照组、模型对照组、玉米肽低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,除玉米肽的各剂量组外均灌胃给药酪蛋白。30 d后玉米肽各剂量组及模型组均灌胃50%乙醇以造模氧化损伤小鼠模型,并摘取肝脏及摘眼球取血以测定各指标:丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力、谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)含量和肝组织蛋白质羰基(protein carbonyl,PC)含量。实验结果显示受试样品能显著提升实验动物机体内SOD、GSH-Px抗氧化酶的活力和抗氧化物质GSH的含量(p<0.01),并显著降低MDA和肝组织中PC含量(p<0.05)。研究结果表明玉米肽对乙醇氧化损伤模型小鼠具有抗氧化作用。
        To investigate the antioxidation effect of corn peptide on ethanol induced oxidative damage in mice,the mice were randomly separated into five groups:the control group,the model control group,the low,medium and high dose group according to their body weight. The control and model control groups were given casein by gastric administration. After 30 days of administration,except the control group,the other four groups were all given 50 % ethanol to establish oxidative injury mice model. The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),glutathione(GSH)and liver tissue protein carbonyl group(PC)content were measured using their liver tissue and blood samples in order to explore the effect of corn peptides on ethanol oxidative damage in mice. The outcome of the experiment showed that corn peptide significantly increased the activities of SOD,GSH-Px antioxidant enzymes and the contents of antioxidant GSH in mice(p < 0.01),as well as remarkably decreased the contents of MDA and PC in liver(p <0.05). In conclusion,the results indicated that the corn peptide could protect mice from oxidative damage induced by ethanol.
