双甲脒和溴氰虫酰胺防治柑橘木虱不同配方的筛选和田间药效试验

摘要
[目的]减缓抗性的发展,更好地利用现有杀虫剂资源,对双甲脒和溴氰虫酰胺进行配方筛选。[方法]在盆栽试验中,进行不同配方对成虫的速效性和持效性试验;接着对若虫、卵进行试验;最后通过田间试验检测配方的防效。[结果]在6个配方的筛选中,其中有2个兼具速效性和持效性,20%双甲脒EC和10%溴氰虫酰胺SC的配比按有效成分计算分别为134 mg/kg:95 mg/kg和134 mg/kg:63.65 mg/kg。对高龄若虫(3龄以上)的药后7 d致死率为100.00%和94.50%。配方对卵无明显作用。田间试验中,3 d防效均为100.00%,10 d防效分别为97.45%和98.51%。[结论]该研究为柑橘木虱的化学防治提供新策略。
        [Objective] Complex formulations of amitraz and cyantraniliprole were screened to slow down the development of resistance and take better use of existing pesticide resources.[Method] In pot experiment,quick and lasting effect of different formulations against adults were tested.The nymphs and eggs were tested followed.Finally,the control efficacy of the formulation was tested by field experiment.[Result] Among the 6 formulations,2 of them had both quick and sustained effects.The ratio of 20% dimethamidine EC and 10% bromocyanamide SC was 134 mg/kg vs 95 mg/kg and 134 mg/kg vs 63.65 mg/kg,respectively.Their lethality rate of nymphs(older than 3 th instar nymohs) on 7 th day was 100% and 94.50%.The formula has no obvious effect on eggs.In field trials,the control effect of both formula on 3 th days was 100%,and the control effect on 10 d was 97.45% and 98.51%,respectively.[Conclusion] The results of this study provide a new strategy for chemical control of D.citri Kuwayama.
