呼吸科医患沟通教学案例库的构建与应用研究

摘要
医患沟通能力是住院医师培养的核心内容,本研究以北京大学第三医院呼吸与危重症医学科(呼吸科)构建医患沟通教学案例库以及在住院医师沟通能力培养方面的应用为例,探讨案例教学法对住院医师医患沟通能力培训的效果。研究结果显示,应用呼吸科医患沟通案例库教学使指导老师的教学水平得到提升,住院医师的医患沟通能力亦得到明显提高。
The doctor-patient communication ability is the core of resident training. This study aimed to explore the effect of case teaching on communication ability training for residents, taking the practice of Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine(Respiratory Department) of Peking University Third Hospital in building doctor-patient communication teaching case database and applying it in training the communication ability of residents as an example. The research showed that doctor-patient communication teaching case database improved the teaching level of the instructors and the communication ability of the residents.
