通痹熏洗汤熏蒸配合三步三位九法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘要
目的:探讨通痹熏洗汤熏蒸配合三步三位九法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将110例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予通痹熏洗汤熏蒸治疗,观察组给予通痹熏洗汤熏蒸配合三步三位九法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率(96.36%)高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的腰椎功能评分(28.56±5.23)分高于对照组(24.34±5.67)分(P<0.05)。结论:通痹熏洗汤熏蒸配合三步三位九法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效显著,可修复腰椎生物力学的稳定性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongbi Fumigation Decoction fumigation combined with three-step, three-nine-step method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:The clinical data of 110 cases of lumbar disc herniation were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into control group and research group, with control group treated with Tongbi Fumigation Decoction, and research group treated with Tongbi Fumigation Decoction combined with three steps, three steps and nine method. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total clinical effective rate of the research group(96.36 %) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73 %)(P<0.05). The score of lumbar vertebral function in the research group(28.56±5.23) was significantly higher than that in the control group(24.34±5.67)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tongbi Fumigation Decoction fumigation combined with three-step, three-nine-step method has a remarkable effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation, which can repair the stability of lumbar biomechanics.
