摘要
为解决成品高架库同牌号件烟托盘巷道间分布不均匀、巷道中随机存储、堆垛机出库任务不均衡等问题,对成品高架库的出入库策略进行优化。首先,优化件烟按牌号均分入库。其次,研究各牌号件烟货位占用周期。最后,提出成品高架库货位优先级概念。应用结果表明:优化后的策略有效解决了因堆垛机故障等造成件烟在巷道分布不均的情况。不均衡出库次数下降了93. 2%,提高了单位时间件烟出库数量;堆垛机取放货周期下降了9. 9%;优化货位分布,提高了堆垛机运行效率,使成品件烟托盘出库效率提升了25. 7%。该策略可以较好地推广应用于出库要求效率较高的高架库,满足先进先出(FIFO)条件下高效出库的需求。
        In order to solve the problems of uneven distribution among the roadway of the same brand of cigarettes in the high-bay warehouse of finished products,random storage in the roadway,and unbalanced outbound tasks of the stacker,the in & out strategy of high-bay warehouse of finished cigarettes is optimized. Firstly,packages of cigarettes are optimally divided into even banks according to brand numbers. Secondly,the occupancy period of various brands of cigarettes is studied. Finally,the concept of shelf priority in high-bay warehouse of finished cigarettes is proposed. The application results show that the optimized strategy effectively solves the problem of uneven distribution of packages of cigarettes in the roadway due to the failure of stacker. The number of unbalanced outbound is reduced by 93. 2%,which increases outbound number of packages of cigarettes per unit time. The cycle picking and loading cycle of the stacker is reduced by 9. 9%,which optimizes the distribution of cargo spaces and increases the stacker operating efficiency to lead the outbound efficiency of pallets fulfilled with packages of cigarettes increased by 25. 7%.This strategy can be introduced to the high-bay warehouses with high outbound efficiency demands to meet the requests of high efficient outbound under the first in first out (FIFO) condition.
