摘要
高职院校学生干部职业道德约束机制存在缺位情况,学生干部群体存在功利思想浓厚、个人主义盛行、诚信意识缺失、"典型腐败"等"道德失范"现象。高职院校要规范对学生干部的"职业道德"约束和引导,可从"加强廉洁修身教育、构筑职业道德内在约束力、强化学生干部选拔和任用机制中道德评价的作用、借助社会舆论对学生干部实施有效牵引"等方面入手解决。
There are several vacancies in restraining student leaders' vocational morality in higher vocational colleges and universities. Some deep moral anomie phenomena exist in higher vocational student leaders,for example,utilitarianism,individualism,a lack of awareness of sincerity,typical corruption,etc. To normatively constrain and guide their vocational morality,higher vocational teachers can solve the problem by the following methods: firstly,strengthening honesty and moral education;secondly,building vocational morality inner force; thirdly,strengthening the function of moral evaluation in the selection and appointment of student leaders; fourthly,guiding student leaders effectively with the help of public opinion.
