摘要
为解决配电网调度员故障仿真培训自动评价问题,提出了一种集故障处理结果可行性评价、防误操作正确性评价和操作过程简洁性评价于一体的综合故障仿真培训评价方法。首先,建立故障处理信息阵记录调度员故障处理操作顺序与操作信息,分析调度员故障隔离操作的4种状态,建立故障隔离防误操作规则集描述调度员故障处理过程中的防误标准;其次,以故障隔离范围及失电负荷数、失电负荷量等描述故障处理结果可行性,以违反防误操作步骤数描述防误操作正确性,以故障处理步骤数及处理时间描述操作过程简洁性;最后,基于雷达图将故障处理结果可行性评价、防误操作正确性评价和操作过程简洁性评价3种评价结果进行系统综合。实例分析说明,该方法可从多角度对调度故障处理过程进行全面评价,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to solve the problem of automatic evaluation on fault simulating training of the power distribution network for the dispatcher,this paper presents a kind of evaluation method for comprehensive fault simulating training integrated with feasibility evaluation on fault processing result,correctness evaluation on anti-misoperation and conciseness evaluation on operating process.It firstly establishes the fault processing information trajectory matrix to record operation sequence and information of fault processing by the dispatcher,analyzes four states of fault isolation operation and sets up rule set of anti-misoperaiton of fault isolation to describe anti-misoperation standards in fault processing of fault processing and processing time to describe conciseness of operation process.Finally,on the basis of radar chart,it synthesizes three evaluation results including feasibility evaluation on the fault processing result,correctness evaluation on anti-operation and conciseness evaluation on operation process.Analysis on actual examples indicates this method can make overall evaluation on fault processing by the dispatcher in multi-aspects which has a certain of practical value.
