鸡源志贺氏菌的分离鉴定及耐药性研究

摘要
昆明地区某鸡场部分鸡群突发痢疾,并有小部分鸡群死亡,疑似肠道病原菌感染所致,将采集的12份病死鸡病料进行志贺氏菌的分离鉴定、生化试验及PCR鉴定,并检测分离菌的耐药性。结果表明,共分离鉴定出志贺氏菌5株,分离菌均能发酵葡萄糖、麦芽糖、甘露醇,其中有1株菌能迟缓发酵发酵乳糖,有2株菌不发酵蔗糖;针对志贺氏菌特异性ipaH基因设计的1对引物,扩增出393 bp的目的条带,与预期大小一致;抗生素抑菌结果显示,5株志贺氏菌对加替沙星、头孢氨苄、恩诺沙星、氨苄西林和庆大霉素均产生了耐药性,并且是多重耐药,对卡那霉素和四环素的耐药程度处于中介,对氧氟沙星具有较高的敏感性。中药抑菌方面,5株分离菌对诃子、五味子和黄芩高度敏感,但是对大黄和白头翁处于低敏程度。
        Some chickens on chicken farms in kunming region a sudden diarrhea, and there are a few chickens died, suspected intestinal pathogenic bacteria infection, throughout the full text,the purpose of this article is not the case, but merely the separation of bacteria identification and drug resistance analysis will collect 12 dead chicken epidemic materials for volunteers hayes bacteria isolation, biochemical test and PCR identification, identification and detection of isolated bacteria resistance. The results showed that 5 strains of shigella were isolated and identified, all of which could ferment glucose, maltose and mannitol, among which 1 strain could ferment lactose slowly, and 2 strains could not ferment sucrose. A pair of primers designed for shigella specific ipaH gene amplified the target band of 393 bp, which was consistent with the expected size. Antibiotic inhibition results showed that 5 strains of shigella were resistant to gatifloxacin, cefalexin, enoxacin, ampicillin and gentamicin, and were multidrug resistant, with intermediate resistance to kanamycin and tetracycline, and high sensitivity to ofloxacin. In the aspect of bacteriostasis of traditional Chinese medicine, 5 strains of isolates were highly sensitive to khov, schisandra, and scutellaria baicalensis, but to rhubarb and radix pulvis.
