依巴斯汀联合青鹏软膏治疗湿疹临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨依巴斯汀联合青鹏软膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选择96湿疹患者,随机分为两组,对照组48例,给予依巴斯汀片治疗;治疗组48例,在对照组口服依巴斯汀治疗的基础上加用青鹏软膏治疗。结果:对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组总有效率95.8%,两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依巴斯汀联合青鹏软膏治疗湿疹不严重不良反应,安全效果显著。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ebastine joint Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of eczema. Methods: 96 patients with eczema were randomly divided into 2 groups, 48 cases in each.group. The control group was treated with Ebastine Tablets, while the treatment group was treated with ebastine combined with Qingpeng ointment. Results: The total effective rate was 75.0% in the control group, and the total effective rate was 95.8% in the treatment group. Compared with the two groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ebastine combined with Qingpeng ointment does not have serious adverse reactions in the treatment of eczema with obvious curative effect.
