摘要

全面依法治国是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略。高职学生法治观念和契约精神的养成对于依法治国的实施具有重要的现实意义。在充分分析高职学生法治观念和契约精神养成教育存在问题的基础上,探索法治观念和契约精神的养成教育途径,以期为大学生法治观念和契约精神的养成教育提供借鉴和参考。
        Ruling the country by law comprehensively is the important content of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and is the basic strategy for the new era to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics. The cultivation of the legal concept and contract spirit of higher vocational students is of great practical significance to the implementation of law-based governance. On the basis of fully analyzing the problems existing in the education of legal concept and contract spirit of higher vocational students, this paper explores the ways of cultivating education of legal concept and contract spirit, so as to provide reference for the cultivation education of college students' legal concept and contract spirit.
