摘要
目的探讨微创技术在创伤骨科手术中的应用效果。方法将2016年10月至2017年10月我院骨科收治的需手术治疗的120例创伤性闭合骨折患者依据数字分组方法随机分为两组,对照组实施常规手术方法,观察组实施微创技术手术,比较两组患者的手术指标、骨折恢复优良率、并发症发生率。结果观察组切口长度、切口VAS评分、手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、住院时间等各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折恢复优良率为95%,明显高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);观察组术后切口感染、肿胀、内固定失败、伤口延迟愈合等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创技术在创伤骨科手术中应用效果显著,临床治疗的应用价值较高,能减少手术创伤,减轻对骨折周围血运的破坏,降低并发症发生率,加快骨折愈合速度。
        Objective to explore application of minimally invasive technique in clinical treatment of trauma orthopedics department. Methods choose 120 cases traumatic closed fracture patients treated in orthopedics department of our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 randomly, divide them into two groups. Control group was treated with routine surgery, and observation group with minimally invasive technique. Compared surgical indexes, good recovery rate of fracture and complications incidence between two groups. Results operation time, bleeding amount, incision length, VAS scores of incision, healing time and hospitalization time of observation were significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05), good rate of fracture recovery of observation group was 95%, significantly higher than 78.33% of control group(P<0.05). Complications incidence such as incision infection, swelling, internal fixation failure and delayed wound healing of observation group was significantly lower than control group, difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05). Conclusion minimally invasive technique has significant effect in clinical treatment of trauma orthopedics, which can reduce operation trauma, destruction of blood circulation around the fracture, accelerate healing and reduce complications incidence with positive clinical significance.
