花椰菜萝卜硫素对人体降糖作用的研究

摘要
为探究花椰菜萝卜硫素是否对人体具有降糖作用,对新鲜花椰菜中的萝卜硫素进行提取和分离,将受试者随机划分成对照组和观察组,只令观察组受试者服用花椰菜萝卜硫素,在实验开始前和结束后分别对血糖、尿糖进行检测,分析治疗效果,并对安全性指标进行测试。结果发现,实验前后对比之下,观察组比对照组血糖与尿糖显著降低(P <0. 05),观察组临床总有效例数均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组与对照组受试者血生化指标以及血常规实验前后无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。结果表明:花椰菜萝卜硫素具有辅助人体降糖的作用。
        To investigate whether the sulforaphane from cauliflower have hypoglycemic effect on human body,the sulforaphane in fresh cauliflower was extracted and separated. The diabetic subjects who volunteered to participate in the experiment were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group took sulforaphane in cauliflower,while the control group took the same dose of placebo. The therapeutic effect was analyzed and the safety indexes were tested. Complete indicators were tested. Before and after the experiment,the blood glucose and urine glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05).The total effective cases in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in blood biochemical indexes and blood routine test between the observation group and the control group(P > 0. 05). The results showed that the sulforaphane from cauliflower radish had the effect of assisting human body to reduce blood sugar,and was safe and harmless to human body.
