摘要
乙二醇属于一种与石油化工原料有着较大关系的有机原料,主要可以被用于生产聚酯纤维和防冻剂,其用途非常广泛。但是,全球的乙二醇现在已经处于产能过剩的状态。反观我国,2011年中国乙二醇的产量只有330万吨左右,而进口量的增长却为730万吨。随着时代的发展,已经成为了超越美国的世界第一大乙醇消费国。我国有很多家研究机构都在研究煤制乙二醇技术,但都处于工业试验的阶段。仅拟建的煤制乙二醇项目就有将近30个,总产能则有大约750万吨。这些项目一旦产业化,势必能够有效地扩大我国乙二醇的产量,并在之后带来更加巨大的市场机遇。本文主要就煤制乙二醇生产技术的现状和产业化进展进行全面的分析。
        Ethylene glycol is a kind of organic material which has a great relationship with petrochemical raw materials. It can be mainly used in the production of polyester fibers and antifreeze agents, and has a wide range of applications. However, the global ethylene glycol is now in a state of overcapacity. On the contrary, the ethylene glycol output in China in 2011 was only about 3.3 million tons, while the import volume increased by 7.3 million tons. With the development of the times, China has become the world's largest ethanol consumer, surpassing the United States. Many research institutes in China are studying the technology of coal-to-ethylene glycol, but they are all in the stage of industrial test. There are nearly 30 coal-toethylene glycol projects just under construction, with a total capacity of about 7.5 million tons. Once these projects are industrialized, it is bound to be able to effectively expand the production of ethylene glycol in China, and then bring more huge market opportunities. In this paper, the present situation and industrialization progress of coal-to-ethylene glycol production technology are comprehensively analyzed.
