摘要
采用"预富集-磁化焙烧-磁选工艺"对某赤铁矿尾矿进行了选别试验研究。在一段磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级含量90%,二段磨矿细度-0.025 mm粒级含量90%条件下,获得了精矿品位65.82%、产率9.63%、金属回收率55.21%、尾矿品位5.69%的选别指标,实现了对赤铁矿尾矿中铁矿物的有效回收。
        Experimental study was carried out to beneficiate hematite tailings adopting a preconcentration-magnetization roasting-magnetic separation process. The sample was separated when grinded to a fineness of -0.074 mm 90% for the first stage of grinding and a fineness of -0.025 mm 90% for the second stage of grinding. An iron concentrate with Fe grade of 65.82%, yield of 9.63% and recovery of 55.21% was obtained, while the Fe grade of the tailings was reduced to 5.69%. With this approach, the iron minerals were effectively collected from the hematite tailings.
