多元视域下档案学教育与研究新范式的探讨:基于AERI十年回顾与启示

摘要
本文对档案教育与研究协会(AERI)成立前后十余年间的研究成果进行回溯,并对十届夏季会议的议题进行统计分析,发现AERI所倡导的新时期的档案学教育与研究,从最初强调增强对边缘与少数群体文化的理解和认知,逐渐发展为全面的多元视域下的以关注边缘社群、强调多元背景、参与社会治理、推进公平正义、探索历史真相、呼吁应对挑战为核心理念的新范式。新范式的实现要建立在对已有范式的反思、新范式的探索性接纳以及教育与研究方法的具化改革基础上。多元视域下国外档案教育与研究在包容性、灵活性与文化敏感性三个方面的经验值得我国未来教育与研究借鉴。
        The paper traces the research results of the Archival Education and Research Institute(AERI)for ten years,and conducts a statistical analysis of the topics of AERI summer conference for ten years.Then we find that the archival education and research in the new era advocated by AERI has developed from emphasizing the understanding and cognition of marginal and minority cultures into a multi-dimensional paradigm,which focus on marginal communities,emphasize diverse contexts,participate in social governance,advance social justice and explore historical truth.The realization of the new paradigm should be based on the reflection of the existing paradigm,the exploratory acceptance of the new paradigm and the reform of education and research methods.The experience of foreign archival education and research in the three aspects of inclusiveness,flexibility and cultural sensitivity in archival multiverse is worthy of reference for China's future archival education and research
