摘要
石油生产过程本身是一个高耗能过程,近年来采油成本逐渐增大,简单针对单站单设备的节能分析已不能满足降低或者控制成本的要求。为了加强油田企业节能管理,基于生产系统能量平衡分析模型及节能管理综合绩效评价指标体系开发了节能综合管理平台。此平台通过对节能数据的统计、分类、分析,将各能耗单元以绩效评价的形式进行排名,通过跟踪注水泵、抽油机等高耗能设备,注水系统、机采系统等高耗能生产流程,具体查找耗能原因及分析薄弱环节。自该平台投入运行以来,多次及时调整节能管理策略,督促节能措施实施,取得了良好的效果;并结合其评价结果开展了节能减排、提高能源利用率、控制资源浪费等工作。
        Oil production process itself is a high energy-consuming process. In recent years,the cost of oil production is gradually increasing, and the energy-saving analysis in view of single station and single equipment cannot meet the requirements of reducing or controlling cost. In order to strengthen the energy conservation management of oilfield enterprises,an energy-saving comprehensive management platform is developed based on the energy balance analysis model of production system and the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of energy conservation management. Through the statistics, classification and analysis of energy-saving data, the platform ranks each energy-consuming unit in the form of performance evaluation. By tracking high energy-consuming equipment, such as water injection pumps and pumping units,and high energy-consuming production flow,such as water injection system and mechanical production system, detailed energy-consumption reasons are found, and weak links are analyzed. Since the platform is put into operation, energy conservation management strategy is adjusted for many times and implementation of energy conservation measures is supervised in time,which achieves good results. And combined with evaluation results,energy conservation and emission work is worked out, energy utilization rate is improved, and resource waste is controlled.
