摘要
目的观察原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)合并幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染者游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)和氧化应激水平,分析其相关性。方法选择2017-01-01-2018-06-30利津县第二人民医院临床确诊的EH患者180例及对照组60例,检测14 C尿素呼气试验(14 C-UBT),采用酶联法检测FFA水平,采用比色法检测血清丙二醛(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性,采用TBA法检测血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)水平。结果EH组血清FFA水平为(0.79±0.20)mmol/L,高于对照组的(0.45±0.12)mmol/L,t=16.957,P<0.001;EH组血清MDA水平为(11.02±2.35)nmol/mL,高于对照组的(4.79±0.99)nmol/mL,t=6.168,P<0.001;EH组血清SOD水平为(92.75±8.92)U/mL,低于对照组的(131.73±10.06)U/mL,t=12.993,P<0.001。EH患者Hp感染组血清FFA水平为(0.97±0.19)mmol/L,高于Hp非感染组的(0.65±0.17)mmol/L,t=9.512,P<0.001;MDA水平为(14.16±2.31)nmol/mL,高于Hp非感染组的(8.62±1.94)nmol/mL,t=4.617,P<0.001;SOD水平为(77.55±8.05)U/mL,低于Hp非感染组的(104.37±8.79)U/mL,t=8.652,P<0.001。EH合并Hp感染者,血清FFA水平分别与血清MDA水平呈正相关,r=0.501,P<0.01;FFA水平与血清SOD活性呈负相关,r=-0.443,P<0.01。结论EH合并Hp感染者机体内游离脂肪酸水平升高及氧化应激反应增强,血清游离脂肪酸水平与氧化应激水平相关。
OBJECTIVE To explore the levels of free fatty acids(FFA)and oxidative stress in patients with essential hypertension(EH)complicated with helicobacter pylori infection,and to analyze their correlation.METHODS A total of 180 patients with clinical diagnosis of EH and the control group with 60 cases were selected.14 C urea breath test(14 C-UBT)was performed,the FFA levels,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level were detected with enzyme-linked method,colorimetry and TBA method,respectively.RESULTS The serum FFA(0.79±0.20)mmol/L and MDA levels(11.02±2.35)nmol/ml of EH group were higher than those of control group(0.45±0.12)mmol/L,(4.79±0.99)nmol/ml.The SOD activity of EH group was(92.75±8.92)U/ml,lower than that of the control group(131.73±10.06)U/ml.The differences were all statistically significant(t=16.957,6.168,12.993,all P<0.001).The serum FFA and MDA levels,the SOD activity of Hpinfection group and Hpnon-infection group in EH patients were compared[(0.97±0.19)mmol/Lvs(0.65±0.17)mmol/L,(14.16±2.31)nmol/mL vs(8.62±1.94)nmol/mL,(77.55±8.05)U/mL vs(104.37±8.79)U/mL],and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.512,4.617,8.652,all P<0.001).Serum FFA level in EH patients with Hpinfection showed a significant positive correlation with serum MDA level(r=0.501,P<0.01),and a significant negative correlation with serum SOD activity(r=-0.443,P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS EH combined Hpinfection significantly increase the level of FFA in body and enhance oxidative stress.And oxidative stress is significantly related to the level of serum FFA.
