滋阴润燥合剂治疗阴虚肠燥型功能性便秘的临床效果研究

摘要
目的:评估滋阴润燥合剂对阴虚肠燥型功能性便秘患者的症状改善情况及远期疗效。方法:入组对象为2017年1月-2018年5月笔者所在医院门诊或住院收治的40例确诊为功能性便秘(阴虚肠燥型)患者。利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。观察组采用滋阴润燥合剂,每次口服水煎液20 ml,3次/d。对照组采用乳果糖口服液,每次口服20 ml,3次/d。治疗时间为3周。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医症状总积分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访7周后,观察组复发率为5.26%;对照组复发率为35.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴润燥合剂可以明显提高阴虚肠燥型功能性便秘治疗有效率,改善患者症状,降低复发率。
Objective:To evaluate the improvement of symptoms and long-term effects of Ziyin Runzao Mixture on patients with functional constipation of Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness type.Method:The 40 patients with functional constipation(Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness type) admitted to the outpatient or inpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Observation group used Ziyin Runzao Mixture,20 ml of decoction per oral administration,3 times a day.Control group used Lactulose Oral Solution,20 ml per oral administration,3 times a day.The treatment time was 3 weeks.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 weeks of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.26%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 35.71%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin Runzao Mixture can significantly improve the effective treatment of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness functional constipation,improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
