摘要
【目的/意义】探究在线健康社区用户诊疗信息求助行为形成机理的概念模型,为在线健康社区的设计者、运营者和管理者的服务创新提供可供参考的意见和建议。【方法/过程】以"好大夫在线"、"寻医问药网"、"39健康网"等在线健康社区的用户群体为研究样本,采用"情境实验+焦点小组+深度访谈"的研究方法收集原始资料,并运用扎根理论提炼出在线健康社区环境下用户诊疗信息求助行为形成机理的概念模型。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,由诊疗收益和成本收益组成的求助收益因素在用户求助行为的形成中起到了驱动性的作用,由诊疗风险和安全风险组成的求助风险因素起阻碍性的作用,由信息质量、平台质量和服务质量组成的在线健康社区因素起支持性的作用,由行为能力、性格、健康状况和资源条件等组成的求助者个体因素起调节性的作用。
【Purpose/significance】This article explores the conceptual model of the formation mechanism of users' online medical information help-seeking behavior in Online Health Community, so as to offer suggestions for online health community designers, operators and managers to provide innovative service.【Method/process】Users of Online Health Communities, such as "good doctor online", "seek medical advice network" and "39 health net", are selected as research samples.Firstly, we used the "situational experiment", "focus group interview" and "depth interview" to gather original materials.Then the grounded theory was used to construct the conceptual model of the formation mechanism of users' online medical information help-seeking behavior in Online Health Community.【Result/conclusion】The result indicates that the helpseeking benefit factors, which consist of medical income and cost benefits play a driving role. The help-seeking risk factors consisting of the medical risk and security risk play an inhibitory role. The Online Health Community factors consisting of information quality, platform quality, and service quality play a supporting role. The individual factors of the help-seeker,consisting of ability, personality, health status, and resource conditions, play a regulatory role.
