九香虫血淋巴三种生物分子对胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖影响

摘要
现代医学证明九香虫具有良好的抑癌抗癌作用。为了明确九香虫抑癌抗癌活性组份大类,采用超滤技术分离九香虫血淋巴小分子物质、60%丙酮沉淀蛋白质、醇提法提取多糖成分,通过MTT法检测三种生物分子对SGC-7901细胞的增殖影响。结果表明,在较高的作用浓度条件下,蛋白质提取物的增殖抑制活性显著高于小分子物质(P<0.05),多糖提取物各作用浓度与无药对照相比均无明显的抑制活性,说明九香虫蛋白质组份是其抑癌抗癌的主要功能分子。
        Modern medicine has proved that Aspongopuschinensis chinensis has obvious anticancer effects. In order to clarify the active components of A. chinensis,the ultrafiltration technique was employed to separate small molecules of hemolymph,60% acetone was used to precipitate proteins,and alcohol extraction method was carried out to extract polysaccharides. The proliferation of SGC-7901 cells was detected by MTT assay.The inhibitory activity of the protein extract was significantly higher than that of the small molecules( P <0. 05) under the higher concentration conditions. The polysaccharide extract had no obvious inhibitory activity compared with no drug control. The results showed that the protein extract of A. chinensis is the main anticancer molecules.
