张忠德治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘经验撷要

摘要
咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)通常被认为是一种特殊类型哮喘,因临床迁延难愈严重影响患者生活质量。张忠德教授基于肺脾肾三脏,对CVA进行分期辨证论治,临证常能取得良好的疗效。张忠德教授认为,CVA宜按急性期、亚急性期、缓解期以分期辨治,急性期以疏风祛邪为主,亚急性期当以顾护脾胃,缓解期则以调脾补肾为要。文章对分期辨治CVA的经验和用药进行系统分析,以期为提高治疗CVA的临床疗效提供更多有价值的参考依据。
Cough variant asthma(CVA) is generally considered to be a special type of asthma, which severely affected the quality of life of patients by clinical procrastination. Professor ZHANG Zhong-de has treated CVA on syndrome differentiation of lung, spleen and kidney with good clinical efficacy. Professor ZHANG believes that CVA should be treated in stages according to the acute phase, sub-acute phase and remission period. In the acute phase, it should take dispersing wind and eliminating pathogenic factor as the principle of treatment. In the sub-acute phase, it should harmonize spleen and stomach, while in the remission period, harmonizing spleen and kidney is the key. This article provided valuable references for improving the clinical efficacy of CVA by systematically analyzing the experience and medication of CVA.
