摘要
上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司1190 kt/a乙烯装置有7台压缩机组采用了干气密封系统,在装置生产中,曾出现由于干气密封系统故障或损坏造成裂解气压缩机组联锁停车。另外,由于N2系统波动、管线清洁等因素,影响干气密封系统运行。针对干气密封应用中存在的一系列实际问题,采取相应措施,确保了装置安全连续运转。
        There are 7 compressor units in the 1 190 kt/a ethylene plant of Shanghai Secco which adopted dry gas sealing system. In the production of the plant, interlock shutdown of the cracking gas compressor unit has occurred due to failure or damage of the dry gas sealing system. In addition, factors such as fluctuations of the N_2 system and pipeline cleaning may also affect the dry gas sealing system. In view ofthe series of practical problems in the application of dry gas sealing,corresponding measures were taken to ensure safe and continuous operation of the unit.
