摘要
为提高风电就地、就近消纳能力,从电网规划角度出发,提出风电—负荷匹配度的度量方法,通过对不同风电平衡区域划分的电网规划方案进行风电—负荷匹配度计算,得到最优的风电平衡区域划分方案,以提高电网对风电的消纳能力。以贵州省威宁地区作为风电中心区域,对该地区与周边区域进行风电平衡区域划分,通过计算峰谷差率、负荷波动率、风电—负荷匹配度等指标,为该地区提供了风电消纳的优选方案。结果显示该方法能够有效提高风电的就地就近消纳能力,对电网规划工程师进行风电送出电网规划、风电并网设计具有重要的工程指导意义。
        In order to improve the ability of the wind power accommodation in the power grid, this paper uses wind power-load matching degree to measure the power grid planning scheme for different wind power balance areas from the angle of the power grid planning, and gives the optimal area division scheme of the wind power balance. Weining County in Guizhou Province is the center area of the wind power in the analysis of a practical example, based on which Weining County and its peripheral areas are partitioned into sever wind power balance areas by calculating the peak-valley ratio, load fluctuation ratio and wind power-load matching degree, and the optimum scheme of the wind power accommodation is proposed for Weining County. The results show that the method can effectively improve the ability of the wind power accommodation capability locally.
