钬激光治疗输尿管结石患者的护理

摘要
目的:为了增加输尿管结石的治疗效果,对比和分析治疗过程中给予优质护理的价值。方法:按照随机原则要求从2014年2月~2016年2月在某院治疗的输尿管结石患者中选取348例作为研究对象并通过双盲对照原则将其分为试验组和对照组,入组患者均接受钬激光治疗并给予常规护理措施,而试验组患者则同时接受优质护理,比较不同护理措施对疗效的应用。结果:研究数据表明,和对照组相比试验组患者的疗效更显著,而手术用时和住院时间更短,并发症发生率更低,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管结石患者钬激光治疗的过程中接受优质护理服务,有助于增加治疗效果,而且手术用时和住院时间更短,安全可靠,值得应用和推广。
Objective:To increase the therapeutic effect of ureteral calculi,and to compare and analyze the value of high quality nursing during treatment.Methods:348 cases with ureteral calculi in a hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research object randomly and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to double blind control principle.The patients in the control group were under holmium laser treatment and routine nursing care,while patients in the experimental group received both high-quality nursing care.And then we compare the effect of different nursing measures.Results:According to the data,the curative effect of experimental group was significant compared with the control group.The operation time and hospitalization time was shorter,and the incidence of complications was lower.Two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-quality nursing care of patients with ureteral calculi treated with holmium laser therapy is helpful to increase the therapeutic effect,and the operation time and hospitalization time is shorter,safe and reliable,so it is worthy of application and promotion.
