进食护理对肝癌术后并发症及营养状态的影响

摘要
目的探讨早期进食护理干预对肝癌手术患者术后并发症及营养状态的影响。方法将我院收治的76例行手术治疗的肝癌患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各38例,两组患者均予以实施常规围手术期护理,观察组患者术后给予早期进食护理干预,观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况及营养状况。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率少于对照组患者,观察组患者术后血浆前白蛋白、白蛋白以及血红蛋白水平均优于对照组患者,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论早期进食护理干预能够有效预防或减少肝癌手术患者术后并发症的发生,改善患者的营养状态,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the effect of feeding nursing intervention on postoperative complications and nutritional status of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 76 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were divided into observation group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine perioperative nursing. The observation group was given early feeding nursing intervention after operation. The postoperative complications and nutritional status of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The levels of plasma albumin, albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were better than those in the control group before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early feeding nursing intervention can effectively prevent or reduce postoperative complications of patients with liver cancer surgery, improve the nutritional status of patients, and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
