药物联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果

摘要
目的探究二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年8月—2018年8月收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者114例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照就诊顺序分为研究组与对照组。研究组患者采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮进行治疗,对照组患者仅使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮进行治疗,比较、分析两组患者治疗后体内激素水平检查结果以及治疗后妊娠排卵情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者雌二醇检查结果,与对照组相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);研究组患者治疗后睾酮、促黄体生成素及促卵泡刺激素优于对照组,研究组患者用药后月经恢复、排卵及妊娠率均优于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者治疗中单独使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮的治疗效果有限,增加二甲双胍的联合用药能够有效提升患者体内激素的改善效果,加快患者月经及妊娠恢复速度及质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cycloproterone in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 114 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August2018 were selected as the study objects. All patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of treatment. The study group was treated with metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cycloprogesterone, while the control group was only treated with metformin. The results of hormone levels and pregnancy ovulation were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in estradiol and FSH between the study group and the control group after treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment, testosterone,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the study group were better than those in the control group. The menstrual recovery,ovulation and pregnancy rate of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of ethinylestradiol and ciprogesterone alone in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome is limited. The combined use of metformin can effectively improve the effect of hormone in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and accelerate the recovery speed and quality of menstruation and pregnancy.
