信息化追溯系统在器械清洗质量监测中的应用

摘要
目的利用信息化追溯系统监测、分析我院消毒供应中心器械清洗质量的数据,发现问题,进而为优化管理方案,提高工作质量提供数据支撑与决策。方法应用信息追溯系统,以本院2017年3月至2017年9月清洗的全部器械为对照组,统计分析有关清洗质量数据,发现问题,提出改进措施。以2017年10月至2018年3月采取改进措施后清洗的全部器械为观察组,对比两组器械清洗质量数据。结果观察组各类型器械清洗不合格率较对照组均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用信息化追溯系统对清洗不合格器械进行记录,实现清洗效果的数据监测,有助于提供相对精准的数据统计,帮助消毒供应中心发现导致器械清洗不合格的原因,从而针对性地采取有效措施,提高医疗器械清洗质量。
        Objective To monitor and analyze the data of the cleaning quality of the instrument in the central sterile supply department(CSSD) of our hospital by the information traceability system, and find out problems, then provide data support to make decision for optimizing the management scheme and improving the quality of work. Methods Using the information traceability system, all the instruments cleaned in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2017 were used as the control group. The data of cleaning quality were analyzed, some problems were found, and the improvement measures were proposed and implemented. All the instruments cleaned from October 2007 to March2018 were taken as the observation group, and the cleaning quality data of the two groups were compared. Results The unqualified rate of all kinds of instruments in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the information tracing system to record the unqualified instruments and to realize the data monitoring of the cleaning effect is helpful to provide more accurate data statistics and help the CSSD to find out the reasons for the disqualification of the instrument cleaning, so as to take effective measures to improve the quality of medical equipment cleaning.
