摘要
为了保证天文巡天相机整体性能,减少制冷机振动对主焦面和光学成像的影响,从隔振基本理论出发,利用有限元分析软件对巡天相机动态特性进行仿真分析,根据仿真分析结果与制冷压缩机振动特性,对制冷机隔振器进行相应的设计。比较隔振前后仿真分析结果,并验证其是否满足发射环境,结果表明隔振效果明显且能够满足发射要求。对制冷机隔振器的选择具有重要指导意义。
In order to ensure the overall performance of astronomical camera for survey and reduce the influence of the cryocooler's vibration upon the main focal plane and optical imaging, the software of finite element analysis is employed to simulate the dynamic characteristics of astronomical camera for survey, based on the basic theory of vibration isolation.According to the simulation results and vibration-related characteristics, efforts are made for the design of the cryocooler's vibration isolator. A comparison is made between the results before and after the vibration isolation, in order to verify whether the cryocooler's vibration isolator is suitable for the launching conditions. The results show that the vibration effect is obvious and the isolator meets the launching-related requirement. This study is greatly significant to the selection of cryocooler's vibration isolator.
