广州市番禺区丙型肝炎患者病毒基因型与病毒载量的相关性分析

摘要
目的了解广州市番禺区丙型肝炎患者丙肝病毒的基因型构成状况,分析丙肝病毒基因型与病毒载量的相关性。方法收集我院2016年共125例丙肝携带患者血清,采用PCR-反向斑点杂交法检测丙肝病毒基因型,同时检测血清HCV-RNA水平,分析丙肝病毒基因型与病毒载量的相关性。结果 125例患者检测出5种基因型,构成比为1b占48.0%(60/125)、2a占8.0%(10/125)、3a占10.4%(13/125),3b占6.4%(8/125),6a占27.2%(34/125);1b型病毒患者血清HCV-RNA载量与非1b型比较,差别有统计意义,1b型病毒患者血清HCV-RNA载量高于非1b型;另外对1b型与非1b型患者血清HCV-RNA在低病毒载量水平与中高病毒载量水平的人数比例作比较,差别有统计意义,1b型患者中高病毒载量水平的人数比例大于非1b型。结论番禺区丙肝患者感染以丙肝病毒lb型为主,其血清病毒载量及病毒载量在中高水平的人数比例,1b型高于非1b型。
Objective To understand the genotype composition of hepatitis C virus(HCV) in patients with HCV infection in Panyu District of Guangzhou,and analyze the correlation between viral genotype and viral load of HCV. Methods the serum samples of 125 patients with HCV infection in our hospital in 2016 were collected. The genotype of HCV in serum were detected by PCR-everse dot blot hybridization,and the serum HCV-RNA level was also detected,The correlation between viral genotype and viral load of HCV was analyzed. Result 5 genotypes were detected in 125 patients,including type 1b accounted for 48.0%(60/125),type 2a accounted for 8.0%(10/125),type 3a accounted for 10.4%(13/125),type 3 b accounted for 6.4%(8/125),type 6 a accounted for 27.2%(34/125). The serum load of HCV RNA in patients with type 1b were significantly higher than those in patients with type non-1b. Additionally,the proportion of population with moderate to high viral load in type 1b virus was significantly greater than that in type non-1b virus. Conclusions In Panyu District of Guangzhou,patients with HCV are mainly infected by type 1b,both serum load and the proportion of population with moderate to high viral load in type 1 b virus were significantly higher than those in type non-1b virus.
