摘要
兰地洛尔是一个新型的超短效肾上腺素β受体阻滞药,具有选择性高、起效快、停药后失效快、对心脏血流动力学影响小等优点。兰地洛尔可减少围手术期窦性心动过速和室上性心动过速发生率,减少术后心房颤动发生率,有助于术后心房颤动患者复律,减轻经皮冠状动脉介入治疗时节律和血流动力学异常。
        Landiolol is a newer ultra short-acting adrenergic β blocker, which has the advantages of highly selectivity, fast efficacy, fast offset after stopping drug and less cardiac haemodynamics effects. Landilol may decrease the occurrence of perioperative sinus tachycardia and super ventricular tachycardia, decrease the occurrence of postoperative atrial fibrillation, help to convert atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm, attenuate the rhythm and haemodynamics abnormality during percutaneous coronary intervention.
