摘要
以保鲜盒为研究对象,采用Moldflow软件对保鲜盒的浇注系统和冷却系统进行设计,对注塑过程的充填流动、冷却和翘曲进行分析,验证塑件流动情况是否良好,工艺参数设计是否合理,从而减少塑件熔接痕、气穴等缺陷。最后,对冷却系统进行了优化处理。结果表明:优化后保鲜盒盒体最高温度为101.5℃,盒盖为104.2℃,均小于成型顶出温度105.0℃,说明冷却优化合理,满足冷却需要;优化后盒体与盒盖总翘曲变形分别为2.547,2.283mm,与优化前(分别为2.696,2.652 mm)相比有所改善。
The gating and cooling systems for fresh-keeping box were designed by Moldflow. The filling flow,cooling and warping in injection process were analyzed to verify the flow of plastic part and the process parameters design,preventing defects of the plastic parts,such as weld marks and cavitation. The cooling system was optimized as well. The results show that the highest temperature at the box body reaches 101.5 ℃,and that of box lid is 104.2 ℃,both are lower than the ejection temperature of 105 ℃,representing the optimization for cooling and meeting the requirements of cooling. The total warpage of box body and box lid are 2.547 mm and 2.283 mm respectively,better than those of 2.696 mm and 2.652 mm before optimization.
