OFDI中研发投入与创新效率研究

摘要
为了应对经济全球化带来的竞争和挑战,企业海外直接投资的创新动态发展决定了海外投资的成败,加大研发投入,提升海外投资的创新效益。当前,参与经济全球化的有效途径是OFDI。本研究以OFDI资本效应为出发点,从宏观和微观效应两个方面探讨了OFDI下研发投入对创新效率的影响机制,同时基于OFDI中优化提高的技术链和区域范围内优化的人力资源、金融环境市场及产业链对创新效率提升的具体机制进行探索,文章最后再根据研究结果针对当前的情况给出相应的对策建议。
